Background Casting Assistance

Background actors, also known as extras, are individuals who appear in the background of scenes, adding realism and depth to the film or television production. They play a vital role in creating a believable environment, populating streets, cafes, offices, and more. NewBIT Studios will be creating a database of local talent interested in working as background actors on our productions. This database will serve as a valuable resource, connecting productions with individuals eager to gain on-set experience and be a part of the filmmaking process, while also providing an opportunity to make some additional income.

 

If you’re interested in becoming a background actor at NewBIT Studios and being added to our talent database, fill out our information form. By joining our database, you’ll be notified of opportunities to participate in upcoming projects and contribute to the vibrant film community in North Central Pennsylvania, all while potentially earning extra income.

Picture Car Assistance

A picture car is any vehicle used on screen in a film or television production. These vehicles can range from everyday cars to classic models, trucks, motorcycles, and more, adding authenticity and visual interest to scenes. NewBIT Studios will be creating a database of local residents and their vehicles for use in future productions. If you have a unique or interesting vehicle and are interested in featuring it on screen, we want to hear from you!

 

When our service launches, you will be able to add your vehicle to our database. This is also an opportunity to make some additional income by showcasing your vehicle. To stay informed and receive updates on our Picture Car Assistance service launch and registration, please fill out our information form.

Location Scouting Services

Location scouting involves finding suitable places outside the studio for filming scenes. This could include residential homes, businesses, public spaces, or unique outdoor areas. We will be creating a database for local residents, homeowners, and business owners who are interested in making their properties available for film shoots. This means that if you have a house with a specific architectural style, a business with a distinctive look, or land with a scenic view, you could have the opportunity to have your property featured in a film or television production, as well as earn some additional income. When a production is working with NewBIT Studios and requires specific locations, we will consult our database to find the perfect match. If your property fits their needs, you will have the chance to have it booked for filming and receive payment for its use.

 

If you are interested in making your home or business available as a potential film location and being added to our database, please fill out our information form. By registering your property, you’ll be contacted when there is a potential match for a production’s needs and be provided with details regarding compensation.
